Making A Purchase: – Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment through an accredited payment service provider who handle your credit card transaction in a highly secure environment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Switch.
Prepayment by credit card is required for all orders unless you are a regular customer or have account facilities with us. The minimum order value for account terms is £1,000 there is no minimum order value for credit card transactions.
Shipping and Handling: – Most of our UK and international shipments are made via reputable couriers found via Interparcel or Parcels2Go websites but other courier, airfreight or shipping arrangements are available.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and other so called ‘out of area’ destinations maybe subject to a surcharge. Out of area UK postcodes; AB37-AB38, AB44-AB45, AB53-AB56, CA18-CA27, HS1-HS9, IM, IV14-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40-IV56, IV7, IV9-12, KA27-KA28, KW, LA15-LA23, PA20, PA21-PA38, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61-PA78, PA80-PA88, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, TR21-TR25 and ZE and residential addresses may also be subject to a surcharge.
Signed for Service: – The package will not be left unless, someone from the household or business where the package is going to receives the package and signs the courier’s slip. If no one is home or, no one is available to sign, the package will not be left. The courier will normally leave an advice note and make further attempts to deliver. Arrangements can also be made by you to collect the package from the courier’s depot.
Export orders:- Are subject to quotation. The web-site will take an approximation of the shipping charge. On receipt of your order, we will check the actual shipping cost and advise you if it is more or less than has been reserved against your credit card.
Delivery Schedule: – We process your order right away. We will normally manufacturer and send your order to you within 7/10 business days and for UK deliveries, delivery is normally 4-5 working days after the despatch date. International orders are generally sent via reputable couriers found on the Interparcel or Parcels2Go websites and deliveries are normally within 5-6 business days after the despatch date but special delivery, shipping or airfreight arrangements can also be made.
Back Orders: – If your item cannot be manufactured within a time frame of 7/10 business days, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges: – For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. For European countries outside of the UK if you advise your VAT number in the correct format we do not charge VAT. All other orders are VAT free.
Customs duty: – The buyer is responsible for any customs duty that may be payable on overseas orders.
Credit Card Security: – In keeping with latest Credit Card Industry standards, we use the services of a payment gateway SagePay who are one of the UK’s most respected accredited payment service providers. This means that your credit card details are not transmitted to us or seen by our company or stored on any web-site.

Returns Policy: – Any goods damaged in transit must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all of the packaging for inspection by the courier company and provide photographic evidence where possible. If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, we will exchange or accept return of goods subject to colour finish and a re-stocking charge of 20%. If the items are bespoke or a non-standard finish, we cannot accept returns. The goods must be returned to us at your risk and expense, free of any damage.
