Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

We can only invoice if the total of the order is over £150 and we recieve a full contact name and business address, including a landline telephone number.
Shipping And Handling Most of our UK and international shipments are made via UPS but other courier, airfreight or shipping arrangements are available.

The cost to send a package to most UK business addresses in mainland areas is £7.75. All other destinations are subject to £10 surcharge.

Please note, an extra charge of £1.30 will be added to the £7.75 carriage surcharge for all residential addresses.
Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7/10 business days . International orders are generally sent via UPS but special delivery shipping or airfreight arrangements can be made.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Any goods damaged in transit must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all of the packaging for inspection by the courier company.

If you wish to return the goods for any other reason, we will exchange or accept return of goods subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%. The goods must be returned to us at your risk and expense, free of any damage.

If the items are bespoke or a non-standard finish, we cannot accept returns.
